I would require the seller to knock off $50k just so I could rehab the kitchen alone.

If I'm the realtor I ask for $4M for "one of a kind." There's always somebody cray out there. People spend that much to body mod themselves to look like super heroes. There is always somebody.

Surprised there's no suit of armor.
