I saw it on the new foods list and said "pfft. It's doughnuts. Who cares?" I was both wrong and right.

I don't think we're r going to play that stupid line game. We did it for Union Hmong last year. It was really really good. Not 30 minutes in line good. There are spectacular foods elsewhere. Walleye cakes at Giggles is a sneaky best fair food. que Viet egg roll. There are others.

I worked for Barnes & Noble back in the early 90s when they were still a fairly new company. I went up for a meeting/visit when they were getting ready to open the first B&N up there in St. Cloud.

Standing out in front of the store talking to a couple people. Beat up piece of shit pick up truck pulls up, red neck throws a beer bottle and screams at the top of his lungs, "I F_KING HATE BOOKS," then guns it and takes off.

You didn't know about the St. Cloud Superman? Oh he is a legend! There was web pages dedicated to him back when we were in school...he even ended up with other superhero friends after a while!

edit: And I am so glad I never go to the Fair anymore. What food I eat is just not worth getting mouthbreathed on by 400lb people in scooters getting their third bucket of cheese curds and sweating through their XXXXL shirt with their gut hanging out. The Great Minnesota Sweat Together used to be my favorite part of fall, now I can't stand to even think about it.

One of the only pediatric cardiologists in good ole Louisiana has left due to the extreme anti gay legislature

hopefully none of the bigots kids need a cardiologist. Oh wait, I hope they do and there are none

For those not in the know, Treasure City is a junk shop just to the NW of St. Cloud.
