Oh my god this is gross. Google here and then look at him. She's not exactly Sophia Bush but this is violating everything I know in life. 10s date 10s. 3s date 3s. You can hop maybe one or two numbers if there's enough money or power involved, but this is a like 5 or 6.

You don't know much then? ;)

The ladies have a much more complex classification system than we typically do.

Men: "WOULD DO" ---- "WOULD NOT DO"

Women: "Well, probably if...but if he's...otherwise, if he says..."

It would be great if these people saw some serious jail time. There is ample evidence that this was deliberate. People with this mindset just don't care about the pain they inflict as long as they can pursue their contemptible ideology.

I don't think they're going to jail. Just like the Wall Street guys didn't go to jail after almost destroying the United States. It's all about money and power. You either have it, or you don't.

Of course they're not going to jail. 25% of the country and 50% of Congress thinks they're heroes. One political party has been trying to enact this for the whole country for 36 years, and all so their donors can bathe in even more champagne.

I'm pretty sure America can do better.

And, looking at the potential names for Governor, seeing Candice Miller (R) threw her name into the ring means the state will likely remain Republican lead after Snyder's term is done.

Let the western lower secede and become its own state. That might fix the problem. :D

Is that the deal? I don't get how MI can elect Rs -- makes no sense to me. Is the state D party just all messed up?

I'm a decade removed from it, but there has been a swing starting in the early 2000's in the rural areas from "It couldn't be more blue if the Smurf's lived here" to Republican red. Growing up, the ballot for local elections used to read like this:

County Commissioner
Democrat
( ) Joe Schmoe (D)
( ) Al Whoever (D)
( ) Some Other Guy (D)
( ) Another New Guy (D)

Republican
( ) [Blank]

Swear to god. The Republican side would be blank half the time. If you wanted to actually oppose anyone, some Democrats would be RINOs just to get elected. Now, as the staunch democrat voters have retired, they're becoming more republican in their voting habits.

It also doesn't help that Michigan has had a LONG history of Republican governors, with the only Democratic breaks coming during G. Mennen Williams (who got the Mackinac Bridge built), James Blanchard (who brought the auto industry back from the oil crisis, and boosted Michigan's economy), and Jennifer Granholm (who had to wipe up John Engler's 12 years of destruction AND the collapse of the auto industry). Yet, the state keeps going back to Republican governors.

I wish Jenny could have run for President. :(

That's the area of MI that has always had the most thumpers. Doesn't help that the state D party has offered up terrible candidates for years.
