UK charges you an annual fee of £147 to watch BBC, Sky, etc. Even if it just over the internet - £147.

It's been years since I found myself agreeing with a gun "enthusiast" (cue the Carlin monologue).

That said, if this failed in Wyoming, and near as I can tell hasn't even made it part way through the legislature in farking Utah, then I think it's DOA.
