Oh, this is DIII. You just know Adrian will beat Oswego and then once again no one will have any clue what is going on.

On this weekend's series, the 18 skaters on each side were about as evenly matched as could be, but Christian far outplayed Fogal in goal. Huge edge in net to the Pipers...and hence the two wins.

Very entertaining series between two very good teams...

The only people I've heard mention Adrian and the national title together are people mocking their fans.

They're still a very good team, and Im still waiting for someone to list 11 other teams that would deserve a shot at the NCAA tournament before them.

What does this make Hamline? The same thing they were last weekend: a very good team. And they'll have another chance to prove it next weekend when they host scholastica and superior.

That Hamline-St. Scholastica matchup is a very intriguing one -- Both from a stylistic standpoint and as an indicator of how the top teams out here will ultimately stack up.
