ASU goes down to Clemson, 6-3. Clemson's starter really did a nice job. Didn't sound like typical ASU baseball, with errors, poor pitching, etc. Just goes to show, you can be the #1 seed and all, but you have to get the job done out on the diamond. The loser's bracket is no fun, though preferable to going home.

Always, and in any sport. The only thing better than a Florida team losing is a Texas team losing.

This team isn't anywhere near good enough to even make the final, but after the last few years across sports, any time you send the thrice-****ed Gaytors home is a good one.

The Joakim Noah/Urban Meyer era has forever tainted my opinion of UF Sports and it wasn't like Spurrier was a lovable character.

I think I'm rooting for UCLA for the first time in my life.

This is a big FU to Chad Kreuter and Mike Garrett for destroying the USC baseball program. :mad:

Anything that can shame those two idiots even more.

Yah, it's a shame USC is a shadow of its former self.

If ASU doesn't win, a UCLA win suits me fine.

Coach is awful. Wouldn't hurt as much if the UCLA coach wasn't the USC coach-in-waiting at one point and we didn't give him the job, even after he went and restarted the UCI program with great success...and then saw him go to UCLA...ugh.

Gerrit Cole after giving up 1 hit in the first 6 innings gives up 3 singles and a bases clearing triple in the 7th.

5-3. Two outs in the 7th.

Gerrit Cole has been outstanding tonight. 8 IP, 5H 3 ER.

Outside of one inning, he threw 7 IP 1 H.

6-3 after 7.5

TCU will have three outs in which to get this game tied, after UCLA bats.

Two outs. Loooong flyout to right field.

The kid up is the SS who hit the bases clearing triple in the 7th.
