It is when your wedding costs $41.

($40 license, $1 parking at the courthouse. My wife's priorities are wonderful. :) )

We are going to a wedding in Hawaii this summer that is going to cost the bride's (well, technically, one groom's -- it's a Big Gay Wedding) family over $200k. Now, I love the excuse for the trip, but, WTF is wrong with people?

What, there are municipalities that charge for parking?! :eek: (grew up in the middle of nowhere)

Funny you should say that. When they put parking meters up in our town there was almost an armed rebellion "Get that dag gum gubmint outta... uh... gubmint parking lots." (Technically I believe the meters are city property while the court house is county.)

Given my F* Hockey rants in past seasons, and my general sense of humor, Hell is within sight already for me. It doesn't look so bad. I've visited a couple times, for scouting purposes and to get to know the layout. I'd avoid the 7th Circle, it's really boring. The 4th Circle is where the party is at.

Would the Lake of Fire be worth getting a condo on it? Or do you think it's overrated??

I'd get one for your winter home. Despite the rumors, the Lake Of Fire does freeze over, so you can play hockey. But you must implement the trap. Yes, I know, there's always a catch. ;)

The River Styx is especially pleasant in late June/early July.
