Re: The Power of SCOTUS VIII redux: IX is being blocked by the Senate.

No, I'm saying some of the biggest bigots I've met are the anti-bigot bigots.

I ain't perfect, but < insert Matthew 7:3 here >.

We can certainly all be intolerant, but isn't there a significant difference between being intolerant of racists and being intolerant of black people?

This is kind of confusing. Based on that bit at the end, are we to presume that he stole the drugs in order to perform completely off-the-record abortions outside of medical facilities?

Did you notice the part where he was carrying around aborted baby parts in the car?

Yeah, that and the statement at the end of the article from the woman who said he performed abortions at her house, are the two things I based my theory on.

So take that plus the evidence, and you're concluding he was selling the parts on the black market?

Re: The Power of SCOTUS VIII redux: IX is being blocked by the Senate.

So a guy performs illegal abortions after stealing drugs and writing fake prescriptions (neither of which is unique to abortions, btw), gets caught, and this is supposed to persuade us of...what, exactly?

To shut down Planned Parenthood silly. Try to keep up, will ya?

Re: The Power of SCOTUS VIII redux: IX is being blocked by the Senate.

Presumably (hopefully) Clinton will nominate a justice who understands a woman is more than a man's portable uterus. One way to do that is to appoint, you know, a woman. A brilliant, 41-year old, liberal woman who can serve on the Court for 50 years. What more fitting tribute to Scalia than his successor undoing all his mischief? :)

I would love to see the Casey "undue burden" test abandoned and replaced by an unambiguous statement that a woman's right to choose, grounded in her 14th Amendment equal protection, shall not be abridged by any alleged "state interest" in reducing her to an incubator.
Or to sum up, death to babies, now and forevermore!

Bob! Where have you been since Trump took over?!?!

Death to some babies, miniature American flags for others!

Bob, this is what's called a "pop culture reference," or a "popular culture reference," the choice of exact title is yours. Dirty was making a joke that referenced a TV show watched my tens of millions of Americans, and hundreds of millions of people across the world. It's called, "The Simpsons," a satire comedy show, each episode running roughly 22 minutes, the remaining 8 of its half-hour timeslot filled out by commercials. Specifically, this reference aired during the show's annual Halloween episode, and was mocking a 1996 presidential campaign debate between the Senator Bob Dole and incumbent President William "Bill" Jefferson Clinton.

Not a hard decision to spend time with my kids and such, rather than here.

On Trump, as I said before I will not vote for him. I of course couldn't vote for Hillary either. So I am in search of a candidate I deem worthy of my vote. Johnson/Weld is interesting, but at this point I don't see myself going Libertarian. Slim pickings indeed.
