I helped move Jup (GPL) this year. Hauling boxes, etc. He was wondering the same thing. I simply said, "This is what I do every day. Load 20-25 lb boxes (avg) onto a pallet, 300-350 times. That's my day." You get used to it. Helps your figure, too. There are times I cannot sit still for a bit, simply because I'm used to expending that energy.
Yeah according to Fitbit, fwiw, this was the most energy I’ve burned in a day since I started wearing a tracker.
I don’t know how people do this every day.
