On the surface, that just sounds like rationalization for getting a new car.

My aunt was told by my uncle to take their truck to the shop because oil was leaking, and said to fix the problem. She came home with a new truck. "Fixed!" was her quote. :D (note: they aren't rich, but ain't poor, either).

True. He had a lot of money so it didn’t mean a lot.
But the overall point was, yes Nj traffic laws can be funny.

Mr Armadillo, who has a Beamer. And yes, Bimmer is a thing. Apparently, not only do BEAMER owners not use turn signals, they create their own pronunciation.

Edit: I guess that can be added to The List.

My understanding is that the only time you can call it a 'Bimmer' is if it's a motorcycle. Otherwise, it's a Beamer.

I just spell it "Beamer" and the "Bimmer" crowd can eat it. :D
 
A coworker who complains daily they don't pay enough and they don't care about you, but doesn't quit/retire? Get on The List.

Anyone who drives a Beamer/Bimmer/BMW is on The List.

Anyone who doesn't know "BMW" stands for "Basic Marin* Wheels" is on The List.


*BMWs in Marin Co CA are like Fords or Kias anywhere else. It's sick.

For the amount of outdoor enjoyment time they have stolen from me that I will never get back, mosquitos are on the list. They came back late this summer with a vengeance.
