Everybody is feeling down in the dumps after another Laker debacle against Northern. That's why we need Bill and Neil Diamond to put their skirts on, grab their pom poms, and lead us in some cheers, lol. I'm sure Bill knows some fine cheers or, if not, he could borrow some from his good friend The Supreme Minister of Propaganda Bill Crawford. If you guys aren't in the mood for some cheer-leading then maybe Bill could make some posts about the useless recruits we have coming in. Or Neil could do a little hero worshiping about ole Jimbo. Preferably you two just put a sock in it and listen to the true genius of the thread; Boot Jim Roque!
Hire a new coach, duh.You like to tell us what is wrong, BJ, but you don't tell us what the next step should be.
What should the Lakers do after they boot Roque, BJ?
I am sure Joey Shawhan would take a head coaching job with Lake State .
I don't believe he would unless there was a wholesale change in the A.D. as well. He did not appreciate the way he was treated.

There's another way to do that. If you go to "edit profile" under "forum actions" (it's on the menu bar at the top of the Forum), you can add a user to your Ignore List. For example, I haven't seen any actual posts by BJR since I added BJR as the first entry on my Ignore List a couple of weeks ago. I know BJR still posts, because I still see a skeletal record of the fact he/she posted, but I don't see the actual text of the post. It's a nice feature of the Forum.Boot_Jim_Roque.........you're a broken record......speaking of putting a sock in it!!!!!
I think he would be an excellent choice but i agree with jnacc. There is a lot of hard feelings and him and his familly really like it in Marquette.
You people are so predictable.
Coaches live to be head coaches and to turn down a head coaching job would be against everything they are striving for . Shawhan would take the job .
I would like to see him get the job here, Joe is a winner. But even more i would like to see the Lakers come out and play some inspired hockey tonight.
