At this point, we should just start reciting the GOP playbook responses that are used when minorities are jailed under questionable circumstances.

That's already triggered a few. Hopefully induce some heart failure in others...
 
I gotta admit, up until the point where trump and his minions started bleating about evidence being planted in those boxes, I didn't really give much of a 5h!t about this raid. But now, my curiousity is piqued. trump has built the entire last 7 years around projection. Whatever evidence the search warrant turned up has got to be juicier than a Wendy's Hot and Juicy triple burger, because the groundwork has now been perfectly laid for 40% of this country to claim that some smoking gun that proves trump committed a felony was planted and it is fake. Holy FUCK do I want to know more now.

"Political Tourism" is the perfect epithet for people like Yang and Steyer.

The more IRS agents and the more funding the better. The rich cheat on their taxes. That raises your tax burden by depressing revenue and increasing our debt. They are stealing from you.

It used to be that for every dollar we spent in the IRS, we would return $6-$8. Last I heard it was now closer to $20 for every dollar spent. If this were a decision being made in a corporation, they would sell other business units within the company to throw cash at the one that could give them returns of 20:1. They might not even sell them, they might just fire everyone and mothball the factories. Too expensive and slow to sell something.

A pursuit and ongoing police situation in Clinton County has shut down two highways and prompted an area lockdown Thursday. It all started after a potential threat was made at a FBI building in Cincinnati.

Officials said one person showed up to the office and appeared to be armed while making potential threats. The person drove off, leading Ohio State Highway Patrol on a pursuit into Clinton County.

Clinton County Emergency Management Agency officials said law enforcement has exchanged shots with a male suspect who is wearing a gray shirt and body armor.
