Well, simple. There will be no such criminal act called "rape" The act of "rape" will be stricken from the code of law. No such thing. No act, no penalty, no resulting pregnancy.

Rape will be defined thusly:

Judge: "Did she want it?"

Accused Man: "She wanted it."

Judge: "Not rape. Now immobilize the slut until the baby is born."

In the next existence remind me to stamp out all the Abrahamic religions back in 1k BCE before they get rolling.
