Simpler than that. No one's saying that she didn't have the right to say the things she said.

It's just that if that's what you want to say, there are going to be repercussions.

The 1st Amendment does not say that you're entitled to say anything and everything you want, without fear of getting pushback or criticism for doing so.

Best part was, the Girlfriend says the questions asked, and without having watched a second I guessed her BS answers. That is how badly she is doing...even Law and Order scripts aren't this predictable. Hell Sarah Palin did better in her lawsuit last month and she tanked.
