Too bad she doesn't know Tiger as she wouldn't be able to spill the beans to the press.

Back to hockey.

No TV or videoacst this weekend. I guess we'll all be listening to Jay on audiocast on Pioneer Vision at www.denverpioneers.com or the radio locally in Denver.

BTW, while listening to DU/Dogs tonight the Sue/Bucky game can be viewed on the NHL Network.

Hey, I think the games are on the B2 network for 6 or 7 bucks. The quality is not bad.

Alrighty, Game Day is upon us! I am looking to see the Dog's come out strong, however I see DU getting on the board first. In fact, I see them getting up by 2 in the first. I then look to see UMD storm back (again!) and tie it up, with the Dogs taking the W in OT!

Wish I was going to be in attendance tonight. Duluth has been my favorite WCHA road experience so far. Tough to top the entire student section chanting "Frank the Skank" at me and singing the DU fight song in every bar we entered in Duluth and Superior. :D

That being said, I see DU continuing their Friday night prowess and winning tonight 3-1. Go DU!!!

4- Do you have to watch it live, or can you purchase it and come back and watch it later?

I'm not Swami, but I'm here to help.

1. I have.
2. It is hit or miss. Depends on the connection for the video feed and also where they are drawing the feed. If it is Charter it's much better. However, I think this is just a camera that kind of follows the action.
3. I have the season pass so I think my husband is going to. I'm going to the game with my daddy.
4. Live only, I believe.

I am really bumming that there will be no fun DU fans in the hizzy.

DU gets a decent share of students from the Twin Cities.

Many of them wear their Gopher Jerseys when Minnesota comes to town. :mad:

Didn't see the game, but from the radio broadcast, it sure sounded like Chevy was the difference maker in the contest for game 1 of the series.

Getting the first game win is huge for Denver, and a guaranteed split at a minimum is a great outcome against a potent UMD team.

The Pios can now come into game 2 with some more road confidence. DU is turning into a very good road hockey team, and killing off a 5 on 3 with under five minutes to go against a great PP team like UMD is big confidence booster.

DU will be in first after tomorrow no matter what happens. Gwoz said either Brookwell or Phillips will play for Wiercioch tomorrow. He also mentioned a bunch of the boys are dinged up a bit. A win tomorrow would make for a nice Christmas. DU likes these close, tight games and has been pretty successful in them. DU has gotten 20 of 26 possible WCHA points so far, not bad.

Denver is hands-down the best team I have seen this year. If they're not in the Frozen Four come April, something is wrong. The Dogs gave them a heck of a game tonight and came up just a touch short.

Man, the DECC was so loud on my radio broadcast - it was like the Pep band and the student section were right in my living room!:eek:
