Yes, I have spectrum which is the same company as charter up north and have turned Brighthouse service downhill. Actually I believe Charter bought Brighthouse and renamed both companies Spectrum. I finally got the video in the middle of the second period and could watch it without any problems to the end. One more to go!! I have a son in your area...............

Great to know there are Norwich fans on the west coast of the Sunshine State
Small world! Is your son a Norwich Fan too? I was hoping Spectrum was going to make an improvement on Bright House but not so far. I had Charter in VT and it was better than what I have here...unfortunately, that is not saying much 
Pleasure chatting with you and will be back watching Norwich vs NEC next week for the NEHC Conference Finals. Hope they play less dirty than they have in the past, but........ I am not counting on it.

Charter/Spectrum was good tonight in Plattsburgh, no buffering at all. Works better on IE than Chrome.

Thanks, good to know. I favor Chrome but will try IE for the Championship game and hope for better results. I get a download here in Florida of 70+, while the best I ever got up in northern New York was 20 with Charter.
To 17'sfanNU: I am sorry I mislead you, as it is my son who lives near you while I winter on the east coast of Florida. I am the NU grad and hockey fan, while he went to Plattsburgh State and follows pro football.
