Re: The Conference Tournament Thread. The March to 12!

Starts to get really real today/tonight. Most everyone is in a win or go home scenario.

Will Tufts spring the road upset three years running?
Speaking of upsets, the road team most likely to win today is??

I'm voting Amherst. :(

I'd vote Hobart. It is by no means a given, but I think they've got a solid shot at winning at M'ville tonight.

Couple of finals
Tufts 1-4 Trinty
Bowdoin 1-4 Hamilton

In progress
Marian 1-2 Adrian 10:00 left 3rd
Western NE 1-5 Endicott 8:00 left 2nd
Amherst 1-1 Williams 15:00 left 2nd
Becker 0-0 Nichols early 1st
Wesleyan 1-2 Colby End 1

And I'm looking live at Johnson & Wales @ Salve Regina

Re: The Conference Tournament Thread. The March to 12!

JWU gets an early power play. Redlight must have watched the Maple Leafs, because the Wildcats give up TWO shorthanded breakways on the PP. Balmer stops them both and JWU comes down and scores.
1-0 JWU 10:45 left 1st

Re: The Conference Tournament Thread. The March to 12!

The out of town scoreboard (EVERYTHING is out of town for me! :) )

JWU 1-0 Salve Regina End 1
Wesleyan 5-4 Colby Early 3rd
Western NE 2-6 Endicott 12 min left 3rd
Amherst 1-2 Williams End 2 :)
Becker 0-0 Nichols End 1
Marian 1-2 Adrian FINAL
Worcester 1-1 Fitchburg Why is it that Mass drops the H and NY does not?

Re: The Conference Tournament Thread. The March to 12!

Why is it that Mass drops the H and NY does not?

Because there a lot more silent letters (like r's) is Massachusettsese, so not using a silent h helps balance the count?

Now its Endicott 8 WNE 3 with 3 minutes left.
Looks like I survive for another week of LPS.

Re: The Conference Tournament Thread. The March to 12!

And Salve Regina's video feed went ka poop!

And Wesleyan pulls the shocker, knocking off Colby 5-4!
