There is also a difference in winning 8 National Titles in 12 years then just one, in which some argue was the weakest Final Four in recent years. With who Neumann lost and who they are returning I would not be surprised to see them ranked

Whenever the respective schools SIDs get around to posting them. Norwich's was the first one posted on collegehockeystats last year.
Some will begin to leak out a few days after October 15th, but I would say most would go up in the 20's range and then the NESCACs won't be until November because they don't start until the 1st.
