Do the conference belts only count on conference games? I've never paid attention to that until you did that scenario....

They count all games between the teams, even if they are nonconference games including the NCAA tourney. That's what was decided when we were putting this together, and it made tracking the belts easier since not all lists of games state whether games are conference or not. It is a debatable point.
