I'm guessing Flag's sudden "expertise" on Dearborn comes from Breitbart, Alex Jones, and maybe the assembly line footnote of his 10th grade American history textbook (assuming that wasn't just statist propaganda). ;)

Is Alex Jones paranoid about Sharia Law? I always had the impression his gig was being paranoid about the USG using stuff like terrorism to hasten unto the day of the NWO, chips in our heads, & etc.

If you're going to do this, for God's sake pick some songs more recent than Help! and better than Eye of the Tiger!

The closest I've seen is a UU service where we sang, and I swear I am not making this up, sea shanties.

I'm diggin' on that pin, though. Much better than the lame atom symbol.

Can't be the third one; we have American History in 11th grade in this state. ;)

Same sex marriage
abortion
God / religion in the public square
guns
Conservative speaker at a liberal college
heck - a conservative at a liberal college

You really have a strong point on abortion. According to Progressive-controlled Wikipedia, in the U.S. and Canada alone antiabortionists have been involved in least 8 murders, 17 attempted murders, 41 bombings, 91 attempted bombings, 173 arson attacks, 383 death threats, 153 incidents of assault or battery, 619 bomb threats, 1,264 incidents of vandalism, 1,630 incidents of trespass, and 152 acid attacks.

It's getting so a person can hardly say a thing about how abortion is wrong without someone disagreeing with him. And it's not fun when someone challenges your ideas.

I call diving. Go to the box for two. :)

Well, you know. They're pro-life.

I just looked up "Dearborn Sharia Law."Everything appears to be based on a Snopes article, which was based on the National Report, which is satirical.

antiabortionists have been involved in least 8 murders

...and anyone who has any decency will agree that every single one of them was an inexcusable tragedy.

It's their standard tactic. Make claims that try to smear the vast vast majority who have nothing to do with the claims they make. Of course 8 deaths, while horrid, and tragic, and inexcusable, pale compared to the deaths daily on the other side of the ledger. What, 43 million at last count or somewhere thereabouts?

I guess that's confirmation that Fox News has no decency.

Abstinence is murder.

I don't think the libs' score-keeping is anything to brag about when you consider The Enemy can't even walk or talk yet. They can't even see the end coming when they're still inside and in the dark at time of death. Nothing very impressive about that fight.

Re: The Bible: Real, Fiction, or somewhere in between?

You came back at me when I disagreed with them. But, spin it how you wish. :p

Spin nothing. I was being highly sarcastic. But you know that, since you've chosen to immortalize sarcasm in your sig file.

I believe the term you are looking for is, "cheap shot."

OK, I'll buy that.

So you will now decry your side's relentless and ubiquitous use of late term abortion as a rhetorical scare tactic and a deliberate attempt to undermine an intelligent discussion of the topic with appeals to emotion by using statistically rare and indeed irrelevant cases.

Right?
