You have to remember I actively campaigned last year. I consider it the ultimate honor of my posting life.
Not running this year is my way of giving the Haters their fair shot. There's no ambiguity this time. If I win again I'll know where I stand.

For those that don't know, there IS a formula, stat based, that is (or should be) in place. As people inherit the job of running this, they SHOULD be following it. This year, I already noticed at least one mistake. RStarr is not eligible.

Common knowledge is top 100 active posters. Must have made at least one post in the previous calendar year. Board is excluded.
After that, there is an equation that makes the groups. That part is the secret.
Believe me, I ran it for a couple years, handed down from CommAvHusky.
