The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

Two games, actually; remember that Toronto is an exempt one.

The home games with Western and Ohio State are missing; I would venture a guess that they'd be some around 23/24 October; possible even 10 or 11 October for Ohio State.

BG Athletics has just updated the schedule, adding Ohio State @ BGSU on Sat., Oct. 10.
The Western game is Wed., Dec. 30, as previously reported.

38 games (19 home, 19 away), plus exhibition.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

I won't pencil it in yet because there are a few possibilities, but I think the most likely for CCT/WMU will be 23/24 October.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

SLU just released their 2015/16 schedule.

Exhibition game at home to Carleton on Oct. 3.

The two Clarkson games are Nov. 13 at Appleton and Jan. 12 at Cheel. Putting the second one on a Tuesday, creating five games in nine days seems odd, but nobody asked me.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

From the Colgate thread:

The Cornell series is tentatively set for the second week of league play in early November. It should be the weekend after Colgate hosts Princeton and Quinnipiac.

If previous patterns hold true, Cornell will be hosting the first game, with Colgate hosting the second.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

FD08,

Is RPI really playing BC both home and away this coming year?

I believe johnk mentioned it on the RPI thread, so I penciled it in the bottom. If it's not the case, then I'll take it out. Same way I did when MTU announced and the Mariucci Classic was not on at least their composite schedule.

You can cross off the Mariucci for sure for Tech. It overlaps GLI.

Oh, I already did (or at least I think I did). I found it a little odd you were even considered for it because of the GLI.

Around this time of year, I do try to peruse the other threads to pick up any schedule tidbits here and there. Heck, sometimes people will even send me info directly. As always, though, the spreadsheet is for the convenience of you fine folks here, and things are subject to change up until the puck drops in October.

I interpreted this as Troy this year and Newton next year.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

Without a Peer is saying RPI and Providence will be having at least one game this upcoming year.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

Change Denver at CC from Friday 2/19 to Thursday 2/18. Teams will practice at Coors Field on Friday for Saturday’s outdoor game on 2/20.

Re: The 2015-16 Schedules Thread

Merrimack announced a few more games with no dates:

Home vs. Union
@ Cornell (2 games)
@ Army

Anyone know where this was announced? The school wouldn't confirm the Union game, which is odd if it was announced.

Most of the time, these sorts of tidbits are mentioned by employees of the program that try to give some sort of a teaser to keep the fans excited while they wait for the dates to be final, as some of the schools are still working out everything. As an example, during the RPI alumni "pep rally" prior to the Cornell away game, Appert mentioned that Arizona State was on RPI's schedule. We didn't know the date, though, until one of the two was willing to release that information. Sometimes, there will be a date release if it coincides with a special event.
