There's no such thing as a good loss, but as has been mentioned already I can live with this one. GB, a good team with a very good QB, defended their home turf vs the Pats with a win in a close game. No shame there. Rodgers was lights out especially in terms of the Pats taking away his #1 and #2 options but him hitting 3, 4, and 5. If he played like that every game all year the Packers would be undefeated. I don't think he threw a bad pass all game. On a neutral site, and having played them previously, I'd expect a different outcome. With the exception of Denver, I can't think of a harder place to win than Lambeau.
Nice drive until the end. Why not continue to run?![]()
Seemed to me that they blitzed more than usual last night, and they blitzed in odd ways. In a few plays it looked like there were 12 men on the line of scrimmage. I think that the Chargers were not prepared for it.Bad playcalling plus off target Brady led to an aggravating game until the 4th quarter. Liked what I saw out of the D however. Is San Diego's O-line really bad? Rivers was running for his life all game and the Pats rarely generate that much pressure on the QB.
