That catch by Gronk was incredible, but even more so was the response by NE after the KC game... Serious issues seemed to plague them, but man did they climb out of that hole. That whole Brady is washed up talk has completely vanished. My final response to NE is wow that is an incredibly well coached team. They keep this up great things are ahead. btw.. I thought Manning got his receiver killed on that one. Throw a high floater and force the guy to stretch himself and get creamed by the DB in the process. I haven't seen anything that bad since Flutie got Thurman Thomas killed in a game the same way, thus ending his career.

Having said that, Brady was absolutely stellar this game. The passing was pinpoint and were it not for 5 drops including two in the EZ he'd look even better. Hopefully he can keep this up because had he played like this during the last two SB's those games wouldn't have been close.

Regarding Manning, same old stuff with Peyton Gump. Disrupt the timing of his offense and he goes to sh !t. Really need to make sure we're playing then in Foxboro in the playoffs and not in Denver.

and they play each other Thursday so one of them will lose again (or they'll tie, in which case neither will win). I suppose we should be happy that the AFL East is a virtual bye to the playoffs, but I think they'd benefit from some competition within the Division. The Pats were a better team when the Jets were decent.

The pats have plenty of competition the next 4 weeks or so

Yes, but the Colts are the only real difference (since the rest of their Division sucks). Everyone plays the Packers, the Lions, and San Diego, and the Bengals aren't much different from the other teams in their Division.

I guess Brady can have an off day when the O line and the backs can get over 200 yds, unreal. The d line did pretty well also, indy had about 12 yds on the ground :)

they had blount last year and lost ;)

regardless however, as bell > blount. not sure how you do any figuring and replace someone better with someone who is not as good.

this aint the same pats and the difference is for once we actually have a top defense. this with the possibility of chandler jones returning. healthy oline, gronk, lafell with 2 power backs. i've been critical but this is the best pats team in quite some time.

If they beat Green Bay in their own house I'm not sure who else there is to beat. Obviously its tough beating a good team twice and I don't think they can go to Denver and win a playoff game between the atmosphere and the refs trying their hardest to give Peyton one more SB shot. In the NFC GB will be a good test, beyond that I can't see Arizona going all the way with a backup. A bit surprised at Seattle's drop-off so far as well.
