Tech @ Denver: Will the WCHA adopt a mercy rule? Running time? Please!

Re: Tech @ Denver: Will the WCHA adopt a mercy rule? Running time? Please!

we could slip a goal by Chevy while he's on his cellphone. or eating takeout. or reading a book. :)

Re: Tech @ Denver: Will the WCHA adopt a mercy rule? Running time? Please!

three of our guys could sit on Chevy and hope Jordan Baker doesn't miss the net ...

For every save Chevy makes, he loses a piece of equipment. :D

Re: Tech @ Denver: Will the WCHA adopt a mercy rule? Running time? Please!

John Ryder leads the team with 153 hits, yet he has only played in 19 games.

Watch out Huskies!

Re: Tech @ Denver: Will the WCHA adopt a mercy rule? Running time? Please!

The outcome of this series does not matter to me in the slightest, other than perhaps confirming whether or not Russell should get another year. I'm looking at the reality of the situation and just hoping Tech shows up enough to make the final scores respectable. That said, it's been awhile since an MTU/DU game hosted by Denver has been a blowout.

EDIT: March 11, 2005 was a 7-1 WCHA playoff loss at Magness. That's the last game in Denver that I would say was a disaster for Tech.

This will be the closest the Tech players get to a Split this weekend.
