Rau is indeed a cheap and gutless player. Maybe a public caning would be better than a longer suspension.

You're pretty good at name calling. But not quite as good at making yourself understood. I'd recommend investing in copy of Strunk and White.

I just dug out my copy of "The Little Book" (bought in about 1970 or 71) and gave it to my 14 yo. I wish they did one for the French too since he's having more struggles in French LA this year than English LA.

I assume it's still in print. Best ever. I bought copies for all my reporters. Proper usage is even more important in radio. Nice to know there's somebody who can take the reference.

I wouldn't mind having White's autograph on a copy of that children's book with the spider. And I, too, wish that more people still read Strunk and White.

I wish my high school English teachers had required it. Instead, it wasn't until freshman comp that I got introduced.

Sorry. Couldn't resist. Yeah, I never read it for a class, it just seemed like a good thing to own as an English major.

Wow. I like Old Pio for his grumpy, yet, DU-supporting style...however I will say it.

1) I did not realize he was a "libtard"-hating muthaphucka. The like of which I have an inherent problem with.
2) That, as he supports DU, he will never reach the status my family has with DU...even when my dad's game memorial was done, they featured my Mexican-born wife and our Chinese step-son in a jumbotron video tribute.
3) Knucklebaggers < the Women of the USA
