Yea Freddy is 10-2-2...they have taken care of what is needed...Thye have played a bunch of close games,and lost to Genny who is @ #2....They should be in the rankings but I am not sure how any of the rankings work,almost like the end of the season smokie room:eek:....If they keep winning should see them soon..

Because they are not rankings. They are a poll. An OPINION poll. Which means nothing.

Let's not start with these ridiculous discussions again...

I think we know all that Russell, I was just making an observation and to tell you the truth this deadhead board could use some discussion no matter what the topic........

I was jumping all over my good friend bakdraft. :D

Your observation was fine. And I like those kind of discussions. But when people start comparing the polls to rankings and NCAA selection methods, then that gets my gander up.

Who made Morrisville's schedule? Last night they played in Portsmouth, RI at 7:00 pm and today they play at home against UNE at 5:00pm tonight. The schedule maker needed to know that both of those teams (Salve and UNE) would be ranked this year. It's about a 4 and a half hour trip from Morrisville to RI. They must have left RI last night after 10:00 pm. UNE was in Buffalo last night, they could have stayed in Buffalo and traveled this morning to Morrisville.

Anyway, it sounded like UNE "undressed" Buffalo State 6-1.

Game times are already moving around this weekend because of the impending storm.

Morrisville at Potsdam on Saturday is now at 3:00.
Plattsburgh at Canton on Saturday is now at 3:00.
Brockport at Fredonia on Saturday is now at 4:00.

The other two SUNYAC hosted games are at Buffalo State and Cortland. However, they have a women's game prior, so there is essentially no room to move the start time.

That's going to be a very interesting game. It will definitely show us whether Fredonia is a) for real, b) can sustain this performance into the second half, and c) despite the answers to a and b, can they get by Geneseo, especially after Geneseo blew them out early in the season.

Geneseo at Buffalo State on Saturday has been postponed. It will be played on Wednesday, February 13.

Hamilton at Cortland on Saturday is now at 3:00pm. (The women's game was moved to Noon.)

Brockport at Fredonia on Saturday has now been postponed. No new date announced yet.
