Interesting weekend for sure. I thought MSOE could win one of these, but I wasn't expecting to see them win both. I am anxious to see how the Raiders do with their underwhelming nc schedule. So is there any word on what happened to Bjerk the other night? It is still nice to see Marian have sucess in NC play. I am curious to see how both Lawrence and Marian do in the thanksgiving tournament in Appleton. I think both have a good shot at upending CSS. SNC is a different story. Oh, and that AQ seems to be working wonders when it comes to recruiting.

So come the end of the season, how exactly will the MCHA compare to the MIAC?

How soon we forget about Northland. They didn't post a W this weekend against Adrian, but they didn't exactly get their doors blown off either.

FWIW, you can add WPI and MIT to the Engineers list: creative nomenclature is (pretty unsurprisingly) not a real strength when it comes to tech schools.

What is sad is the reported attendence at that game on Saturday. Northland used to pack that barn with crazy, drunk, lumberjack townies.

Yeah, but crazy, drunk townies tend to get a little unhappy when their team is down 6-1 in the 2nd period, like they have been in years past.

My high school was the Blue Knights.
