Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

Re: Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

Sorry this took so long, but here's your quote:

"Always...no, no. Never forget...to check your references."

Re: Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

Real Genius (I really have to stop channel-surfing bad TV late at night).

"Did you call me a pu$$y communist?"

Big James Garner fan here-Tank

"Perhaps you prefer a gentleman. One of those fine-mannered and honorable gentlemen. Those panting hypocrites who like your legs but talk about your garters"

Hint: This movie has been done several times.

Hint 2: Based on a famous story referring to something medical:)
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

"My dreams are a cruel joke. They taunt me. Even in my dreams I'm an idiot... who knows he's about to wake up to reality. If I could only avoid sleep. But I can't. I try to tell myself what to dream. I try to dream that I am flying. Something free. It never works..."

Hint 1: (singing) "The chef prepares a special menu for your delight, oh my... tonight you climb so high up..."

I must admit getting some assistance with this one (as I couldn't watch this trainwreck of a movie, but someone else did, and they just read over my shoulder): Vanilla Sky.

"It's your weight and my IQ."

Hint: This one should be relatively easy-this movie has been remade many times but this is the classic version.:)

Sounds like a line Be'la Ferenc Dezso Blasko's alter ego Count Dracula might have said.

"Well that's gonna cost you overtime because I'm a union man and I work only sixteen hours a day."
"A union man only works eight hours a day."
"I belong to two unions."

This one is obvious to me-one of my favorites and in my era for sure. I will allow others to ponder it for a while but as a kid i think I saw this one 20 times.

Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein

"Why don't they ever bring back or remake good shows, like 'BJ and the Bear.' Now there's a concept I can't get enough of, a man and his monkey."

BJ stood for a monkey? Well do tell.

Re: Stump the USCHO Movie Buff(Part III)

nope...it was on tbs, tnt or maybe comedy central today...stars a comedy duo of the late 90's one of which died of drug complications :( :(

I know it (unfortunately) but I don't. I know of the actors you are talking about.

BTW, "Private Parts" had a similar line, hence my guess:

My name is Howard Stern, and welcome to the new morning show. And we have a new feature for you. This is, uh, something special. We have a traffic copter now here at WWWW. Let's go up to Mama Look-a boo boo day in the traffic copter. Mama, you there? Hello? Mama? Uh. [Helicopter sound effect] Hello? [In Mama's voice] Yes, hello. This is Mama Look-a boo boo day, the only black traffic reporter in the Detroit area, I'm proud to say. [in his normal voice] Pleasure to make your acquaintance this morning, Mama. Tell me, uh, what's going on in the traffic? [in Mama's voice] First, a political statement, if I may. Kill, Kill, Kill... The White Man, by Eugene Mama Look-a boo boo day. Eugene is my pen name 'cause I wrote this while I was in the pen. OK, here we go. Kill, kill, kill the white man. Kill him until he is dead. Kill the white man. Thank you.
