Looks awesome to me. I love the title. Has multiple possible meanings like the last one. I am prepared to be thrilled and entertained.

They are definitely trying to hint at certain things in that trailer...stuff the uber nerds have been speculating on for a while which tells me most of them probably arent true (major studios love to put out false flag stuff for various reasons) but my guess is if ANYTHING that is speculated is true it will be that they found a way to write a better ending for Luke either in the Ethereal Plane (Force Ghost) or otherwise. They do that and the film has my money.

My reasoning is the Emperor cackle...and the Luke narration. I havent looked into rumors in a while but I might later just for funsies.

I bet that whole scene with Rey in the desert doing a backflip onto Kylo's ship was entirely for the trailer and won't be in the movie at all, a la that Battle of Wakanda shot featuring the Hulk in the Infinity War trailer. The rest seems plausible for the movie.

As for the other stuff, there will be months to speculate on it!

Why is she in Arizona?

Any empire that can't take out a single non-hardened target on the ground with no cover with a godd-mn starfighter doesn't deserve galactic control.

Um, actually, she's on Jakku, which you would know if you if you've read the canon novels, the reference encyclopedia and watched hundreds of hours of YouTube videos.

I don't know if that's Jakku or not. That was the speculation before the trailer came out based on Rey's lineage and Palpatine's interest in using the outpost as a launching point to the Unknown Regions as described in the Aftermath series and the video game missions and...and I've lost all but the most diehard of fans by now...

Yeah that scene doesnt look like it serves any purpose besides being in the trailer.

Someday someone will remake E1-3 and we'll shoot all evidence of Lucas' into the sun.

As much as I did not care for 7 nor 8 and never felt good going into either one, I have a feeling 9 will be glorious.

Handy can suck his own contrarian peeper til the cows come home. :D

That definitely seems to be the way it looks. And yeah if they bring back Luke he needs an equal and they already made the current big bads look like chumps.

I agree that bringing palpatine back is a bit hackneyed, however IF he learned plageuis’ secrets and more who knows?

Thrawn would be awesome but now i’m Disbelieving all of the leaks.
