Zepeda says will use medical redshirt and will return to play next season... was interviewed on webcast tonight

500 Wins, 130 Losses and 50 Ties. That's an INCREDIBLE record of success. Congratulations to Coach Coghlin and to everyone involved in SNC's success!

Congrats to:
1 -- Eric Cooper, who contributed a goal or assist in his 17th consecutive game last night, to tie Maris Ziedins record from 2001.
2 -- Michael Hill on his penalty shot goal, the first ever attempted in the 16 year history of SNC playing @ the CCC.
3 -- Tony Kujava got his fourth shutout win of the season...team GAA lowered to 1.27...
4 -- Team D is peaking at the right time...going into the playoffs....giving up only eight goals in the last nine games..
 
Any thoughts on the Marian match up? Have not seen Marian play but they'very had a really good season and have been rolling lately.

Marian has a fast group of forwards and Baldwin is strong in net.
SNC is very balanced in all phases of the game..
I would expect two, one/two goal margins....something like 3 -- 1, 3 -- 2 finals..
plus the mini game is a possibility on Saturday..

So that was insane. I would have scoffed at the suggestion they would give 7 and have a shot. Probably even more ridiculous is the suggestion they could score straight goals and be in any danger. Not sure what you do in net tomorrow. Probably come back with Kujava is my prediction.

This is the most unpredictable part of the season. Tony has played great. But then there are games like tonight. Black played great in the second Adrian game at SNC. But then wasn't fantastic in the NCHA title game. Tony gave up two quick ones tonight. But Black gave up five. Not that there was much help in front of him for some - but it was still five goals.

I'd think TJ. But won't second guess Coach if it is Black.

I don't know if they'll trap but I think getting it deep as much as possible and making Point go the length while rolling all 4 lines will be a must.
