Christina Koch is my new spirit animal. She is wonderful and the star of this crew! Pride of Grand Rapids but not UM, win/win!

For the Artemis-curious, this is the NASA feed I have on in the background for the next 250 hours. These guys are my really nice, really smart adopted single serving family. The advantage of this feed is except for news conferences it is derp-free. This is the actual comms between Houston and Integrity. Obviously, if there was a serious issue it would go dark or there would be a confidential feed. There is no need to share that with us farm animals. Those who vote like we do have no need to know.

I believe the comms feed is also on the Live View of outside the spaceship feed, without any NASA TV interruptions.

Yes, they use that when the crew needs privacy. However today with the exception of calls to family the crew has agreed to be on camera as much as possible to help interest in the mission.

All of this is manned space at its best. I am so happy and so surprised Jared Isaacman hasn't fucked this up. He's a political toady like the administrator who murdered the Challenger crew to suck up to Reagan, William Graham.

  1. Integrity Capsule feed. This is the one I am using. If it's the outside view that means the crew needs privacy. Otherwise it is the crew in color and in remarkably good definition — 2000s TV quality: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RwfNBtepa4

If anything bad happens, they will all (I hope) cut out for us. The source feeds are of course not public, these are just windows for we looky-loos.

In “well, duh” news: Some people are shocked that the nerds at NASA are anime fans after one of the CAPCOMs was spotted with a Sailor Moon lanyard and a plushie of the cat Artemis from the show behind them.
