Re: SNC vs UW Scrimmage Updates/Comments
Interesting comment that the Badgers utilized a portion of their Monday practice to conditioning....One of SNC's advantages has always been their overall conditioning.
On Sat. it seemed that SNC got stronger as the minutes went by and the Badgers lost energy and were not skating as hard as they were earlier in the scrimmage..
For those wondering what the Wisconsin State Journal's Andy Baggot would write:
"In what UW coach Mike Eaves viewed as a scrimmage Saturday night at LaBahn Arena, the Badgers skated to a 3-3 tie with St. Norbert, the defending NCAA Division III champion. The Green Knights have a lot of veteran talent – several Division I caliber players to be sure – and great cohesion. They played with energy and an admirable edge throughout. Conversely, outside of a handful of moments, most UW players looked lost and uninspired."
