More than likely this game will be decided by garbage goals. Two well matched teams. I just hope the refs go unnoticed and don't affect the outcome of the game.

Incidentally, Mike McKenzie's next point will be his 100th - if he gets it expect some congratulations and someone going after the puck.

Who was the little kid that did the ceremonial puck drop? That was pretty cute.

It is only one period but the Engineers must by flying. Shots were 14-5 in favor of RPI against the top team in the ECAC and #3 nationally. Clarkson lost earlier this week to St. Lawrence in a game where they gave their freshman goalie a first start of the year. They have their #1 goalie back in net tonight and you would think that they would be pretty determined. Hope RPI can put together two more solid periods.

Women just went ahead of Clarkson 3-1 on a goal by Alison Wright.

3-2 SLU on what appeared to be a well set up goal and deflection-they are just setting up in our zone and keeping it there

RPI got the shot they wanted, but D'Amigo just missed. After that, it was a good kill.
