Similar to unsecured and irresponsible access to firearms, there needs to be a mechanism for charging parents with some degree of responsibility for hate crimes committed by their minor crotchgoblins. It's an ideology and behavior learned from either intentional indoctrination, or willful neglect of parental responsibilities.

I don't know anybody who has traveled who actually thinks this.
The US is a 7, Italy is an 8, Eastern Europe is a 9, China is a 10, and Japan is a 73.

As far as developed countries go, it's pretty hard to top Korea and Japan for ingrained and virulent racism between themselves, let alone towards anyone darker or (esp. in Korea's case) whiter than them.

According to polls (which I hope are wrong) a good percentage of people 18-24 are not planning on voting July 4. Right now as high as 40%. They are downtrodden, and fear politicians only cater to old people
