I'll give #1 to the Miracle on Ice. No problem with that.
The Canada-Soviet Summit Series at 70? What an absolute crock.![]()
Agreed. Changed the course of hockey on this side of the Atlantic. Plus, it was one heck of a series!
Call me a homer, but not naming Puckett in Game 6 or Morris in Game 7 of the 1991 WS is complete bullcrap.

It was a pretty lame list. Very American centric (which is understandable) but, in my opinion, waaaaay too much focus on stuff like college basketball and the NFL.
Not necessarily. You'd have a smattering of moments from other sports like rugby, cricket, F1 and the like but stuff like the NBA and the NHL are popular (plus tennis and boxing).Well, if you were doing a global list it would have 95 soccer moments and 5 from the Olympics.

Not a fan of the Braves or the Twins and I concur on the call of bullcrap. The 91 series was one of the best ever, better than any series since, and the Morris performance in game 7 is an all-time series great. I don't know where you put it, but come on, it has to be among the top 100. You can make an argument for the Puckett homer too. How many walk off series homers are there anyway?
