It *was* pretty early that we had to be there, and it was cold...

And IIRC, the crowd was starting to push pretty hard forward at that time, too. Which the Secret Service guys VERY much told us not to do.... Maybe it was an "oh S- here they come". Which didn't happen.... It is an odd look on my face.

Me at the House Of Neat Hats (bbdl's place) playing Beerdarts (c). We had the wooden platform, because the concrete broke a dart or two. Yes, I own the hat I'm wearing; it's a Crocodile Dundee hat with the teeth/band taken off.

Because I didn't like the look of the hat. I got the hat when I was about 11-12 years old, as a splurge gift from my aunt at Disney World in FLA. It had sat in my closet for all these years. One night, I took the Dundee decorations off, and the hat looked decent. :p
