Colgate is an inferior toothpaste. Niagara is an inferior falls. Notre Dame is an inferior everything.
Sioux easily win.

No. I'm like not going anywhere this year.![]()
Can't we get a little respect around here?

I'm like cheap so that's why I'm not going anywhere.
So you own 20+ game worn jerseys but you can't afford to go on any roadtrips anymore? Um, like.
I loved this tournament last year. We had the run of the rink during the early game, and met a lot of fun Notre Dame fans.
If this guy, Nick Mitrovich, is doing the PA again, he is so awesome!! A really nice guy who had a great sense of humor and had fun with us tUMD fans all weekend.
I'm excited for it this year. It will be the first time I see the Sioux live this season.
Do you recall last season if you could leave in between games? I would doubt it with a single ticket for each day, but just seeing if you remember.![]()
You can't. Also, parking was $20.
I believe I received something from the ND athletic site some weeks ago promoting the tournament and it said parking was free. I know there were a lot of complaints from folks last year because the parking was more expensive than a lot of the tickets. Also the second game is scheduled for just 60 minutes after the first each day I believe, hardly enough time to get away for a bit to eat anyway probably. Not sure what hotel you're staying in brianvf but I believe the closest ones are like 3/4 of a mile away if memory serves, but the area isn't designed with walking in mind, in my opinion, especially at night. I think it is why the arena thinks they can get away with doing things like charging 20 bucks for parking at some events, which is as much or more than any big league event I've ever parked at.

I would think you should drive. I don't think there are any hotels that are all that close; it seemed to be in the middle of a business park. Plus, it's not like it's summer. We walked to a bar, which was like 2 freaking miles away from our hotel.
The hotel that is nearest the Sears Center is a Marriott hotel, but as Irish Hockey Fan has pointed out, it is not really conducive to walking to the rink. It is about 3/4 of mile away, no sidewalks, and is in kind of out in the middle of absolutely no where.
