I assume you will be at the F5 this year. If so....I'll bet a beer that tUMD finishes higher than UAA in the regular season standings.
I will be and I think there is a chance UAA finishes ahead of tUMD. That being said, I would need better odds. Something like a beer at the F5 vs. a keg. It IS UAA after all

I won't disagree with that. No matter how bad sconnie is(or how good the Gophers are), they usually split with the Gophers. Especially this early in the season.
If you have time during the day on Saturday, head across the bridge to Anchor Bar in Superior to grab a burger. It's worth it!

How do the Anchor Bar burgers compare to the monster Angus patty that Darrel served at the Flat Iron along the tracks in St. Cloud? Or are they more on par with Val's?

I noted today that you posted in the UNO/UMD score thread on Sunday afternoon wondering about the availability of UNO hockey games online (radio call). You had bad info about it. This will shed some light on UNO's current radio situation, for future reference:

Whether 1180 is streaming UNO games live or not, I do not know, but they are now broadcasting all UNO games over the air and will be for the next 5 years. The press release makes it sound like they are streaming the games there, though.

What about after game refreshments in Duluth. Most of the time I've spent up that way has been across the bridge in Superior.

So I would direct you to Brent's post. IMO, Anchor Bar's burgers are different and the inside is interesting. It isn't a place I would go all the time if I lived in Duluth/Superior, but it's fun if you've never tried it before. Also, it is dirt cheap for a burger,fries, and a couple pitchers!
