Even though we are like-minded schools, the Sioux fans are apparently above discussing this series with the Huskies. I believe they fear us greatly.

Much like the games between the WCHA vs. NCHC games were a bellwether for the future of the programs involved, I believe this series will serve as a great indicator of which team will be higher on the totem pole in the NCHC. Oops! I probably shouldn't use any Native American imagery, I know the Sioux fans are sensitive about that.

I think many Sioux fans are holding the smack talking until the second half of the season? Don't have much thoughts on this series because after the debacle in Madtown, I would not be surprised by any of the results in the games against St. Cloud.
