Per KFAN sports radio in the Twin Cities, and Michael Russo reports that Gopher hockey players are to report to Mariucci for a team meeting at 1.
Wow, what if people in the real world could choke at crunch time and still get a promotion?
How awesome would that be for the rest of us?

Fix up your old Ford and make it run great, but it can still crap out.
Guys at the Cadillac dealership see you did a good job and invite you over to work with better tools and better cars.
Too true.I knew it. Right when he lost to the Atlantic Champion, it was a perfect match.
Well... you still didn't really "fix" the car if it's still broke. If you built a car from broken parts and made it run like a "champ"... then maybe I'll give you a better job.Fix up your old Ford and make it run great, but it can still crap out.

More sparkle than substance, not really that practical to do what you need to get done... I don't know. They might be exactly that.A Cadillac the gophers are not.
You can't be serious. Now the question is whether Motzko sabotaged the team against Air Force. Wouldn't put it past that turncoat.

I think I am going to be sick.
I’ll be even more sick if a certain Husky alum leaves the WCHA for the NCHC...
It would be tough to beat that as a back-up plan, but I don't know how realistic that is. I know Hastings is an SCSU alum, but not sure how much of a connection he still has.
I say little chance of Hastings taking SCSU job as SCSU is not well financially having lost thousands of students past few years and cut a lot of programs so not like they have the $ for buyout.
