SCOTUS: sponsored by Harlan Crow

I will say it depends on the subreddit. AITA is clearly a female-heavy demographic, for instance, based on both the normal judgments and the stories (95%+ of which are creative writing exercises/ karma farming bait).

I imagine the major sports ones are probably 90% male, though.

I am gone from reddit now but I was a power user for five years, and I know it well.

It entirely depends on the sub, as they range all the way from Portnoy to Non-Ironic Man Haters. It's a normal curve with the median slightly left-center, and a couple bulbous spikes around libertarianism (Jesus, yes, young males) and Bernie Bros.

Reddit is so huge nobody ever hits more than 1/10th of 1% of the subs. It really defies generalization except it strongly tilts young and white.

Agreed. I could See myself posting someday in say, the twin peaks sub. Just good ole stone cold weirdos there. But they’d be my weirdos

So, if this ridiculous argument about federal judges not being able to issue injunctions goes through (and it's going to be close) then we officially have a king.

On the other hand, if a Democrat with a spine (stop laughing) ever assumes the office again they could issue an EO telling all LEOs and the military to confiscate every gun and it would be up to each individual gun owner to sue the federal government on 2A grounds, which would take years to get to the SCOTUS

Who did not see this coming?

The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to strip legal protections from 350,000 Venezuelans, potentially exposing them to deportation.

The court’s order, with only one noted dissent, puts on hold a ruling from a federal judge in San Francisco that kept in place Temporary Protected Status for the Venezuelans that would have otherwise expired last month. The justices provided no rationale, which is common in emergency appeals.

The status allows people already in the United States to live and work legally because their native countries are deemed unsafe for return due to natural disaster or civil strife.

The high court’s order appears to be the “single largest action in modern American history stripping any group of non-citizens of immigration status,” said Ahilan Arulanantham, one of the attorneys for Venezuelan migrants.
