BS. Stop playing your little game for once. This isnt both sides "they" is the Christian Taliban and their fellators like joe. They will sell their soul if it means they might get to strike down Roe. They dont even hide it they say it in interviews. That is why they voted for a twice divorced serial philanderer who lies in every sentence. The ends always justify the means with that crowd.

You want to equivocate that with the people fighting for choice that is your cross to bear but no matter how much you pretend it isnt the same thing. How many pro choice Republicans keep their job?

One side continues to nibble at Roe by constantly passing unconstitutional legislation and dating the courts to strike it down while attempting to pack those same courts.

The other side wants unconstitutional legislation declared unconstitutional.

Therefore, both sides are the same?

Yes he was. They replaced Garland with Gorsuch. That's a huge swing right.

Any new norm stayed with the treatment of Garland. That's on you and your ilk.

I really hope it's more than that because the SC is more than one issue.

Roe is the only reason rank and file evangelicals vote Republican against their own self interest. Yeah, it's a ruse and the corporate money men don't want it ever actually overturned, but you're deluding yourself if you think it's not a single issue for about 80% of GOP voters.

I've already said not putting Garland to a vote was wrong.

The swing is presumably Kennedy to Kavanaugh. (Gorsuch just is Scalia Lite.)

It's about Presidential Power and protecting Trump.
It's about Corporate Power and protecting that.

And Kavanaugh has all of that in Spades.

I literally heard them say it so yeah. I am not talking about the people in Congress or even the 1%ers but the reason why the Christian Talibanistas want him confirmed is because they feel he will overturn Roe. They dont care about anything else.

Everyone has their oxe to gore here...Trump wants him to cover for him if he gets indicted or impeached. The Senate GOP wants him because he takes away a check on some of the things they want to put forth. Evangelicals want live fetuses they can ignore later in life. It isnt rocket science.

And Kennedy was far right on most things anyway. Just not "social things" which is why Dems liked him more than they should have. But Kavanaugh will never be swing on anything.

They’ll abolish dual sovereignty next week, meaning dump can pardon everyone fully from anything without ever facing state charges
