HOLY SH-T! I'm finally getting to listen to his testimony. **** this guy. He doesn't belong on any court in the land. Good grief.

Handy asked earlier according to whom? Which I wondered too so I looked it up. Here's one place that came up in a market watch article.

Murkowski already has a lot of hate from the far right and definitely doesn’t get too many votes from them. Where Murkowski gets votes is from corporatists, independents, and some conservadems. Murkowski almost has to be a No at this point considering plenty of folks have come out against him, especially the Alaska Federation of Natives.

The one to watch is our other Senator, Dan Sullivan. If he holds true and votes to confirm he could be in serious trouble in two years. Sullivan barely won despite the odds being stacked in his favor in 2014 and this could be a huge noose hung around him, especially given Alaska’s terrible sexual assault rates.

Didnt your Governor and Lt. Governor tell her not to confirm before today's hearing? (to allow for the testimony) I cant imagine they would change their mind now.

All eyes on Flake and Collins...

To be fair last time this happened McCain voted no and screwed up Health Care Reform ;)

The fact they are talking is at least a somewhat good sign. Might not mean they do the right thing but if they just ran away I would bet money it was in the bag.

Democratic Senate Election Committee (or whatever they are called) should be getting loaded to bear. If this goes to the floor and he ends up on the bench you have 6 weeks to just destroy the GOP before the midterms.

Like I said they were lying when Grassley said the other witnesses were not cooperating. Why they would challenge Avenatti, a guy who has no issue going public when attacked is beyond me.

Yes they did but considering they’re an Independent and a Democrat, their opinions don’t mean much unfortunately. The AFN one is huge though, when she won her write-in campaign in 2010 she got a lot of funding from the Native corporations and a lot of rural vote (that normally goes Dem). If she votes to confirm she can kiss all that goodbye.
