I want to believe that (and I 75% do) but then I read the comments under the story I posted. There is a lot of people who dont think this a big deal or that BK should held responsible because he didnt rape her. (he only helped drug her and others so others could rape her) They even call her complicit.

Push him through. If that doesn't motivate people than the country is ****ed forever anyway. Once he's in there the Democrats can win the Presidency even if it takes till 2020 and they can impeach the bastard.

Wrong. Gorsuch never dealt with this and he is no fan of Roe. Gorsuch also never went to gang rape parties.

Keep on trying though joe...dont worry he will get confirmed and your precious babies will be safe so they can grow up to be teenagers and rape/be raped while you turn a blind eye.

Like I said that would be the 75%. (I doubt he gets impeached but still) The damage that can be done though even if the Dems get back everything is scary though.

The people that didnt vote last election can die in a fire.

Anyone with a daughter who at this point votes GOP is just batbleep crazy.

It's either true, or she's:

1. Guilty of perjury
2. Could be sued by Kav
3. Totally disqualifying herself from any current or future job involving the various security clearances that she either has, or has had in the past

So what incentive does she have to lie?

Because Gorsuch went through the same thing a year ago. Oh wait...

Your party picked a dud vetted solely by the Federalist Society and no one else, tried to ram him through before the midterms, and now they're stuck with a shiatty nominee that is somehow polling less favorably than Trump himself.

If Trump were less of a narcissist, he'd pull Kavanaugh and pick one of the conservative women off the list and move on. But he isn't, so he can't, and pride goeth before the fall.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein told POLITICO that she has now identified another area in which she believes Kavanaugh was not truthful in communications with senators. She said that by directing officials to speak to reporters during the investigation of President Bill Clinton, Kavanaugh may have violated grand jury secrecy laws — even though he told her and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) he never broke those rules.

"According to a memo from the National Archives, Brett Kavanaugh instructed Hickman Ewing, a colleague and deputy independent counsel in the Starr investigation, to ‘call [Chris] Ruddy’ about matters before a grand jury, which would be illegal to disclose," Feinstein said in a statement to POLITICO. "I asked Judge Kavanaugh in questions for the record whether he had shared ‘information learned through grand jury proceedings.’ His answer, which says that he acted ‘consistent with the law,’ conflicts with the official memo from Mr. Ewing. Disclosing grand jury information is against the law and would be troubling for any lawyer, especially one applying for a promotion to the highest court in the country.”

Even outside the fact that he may have attempted to sexually assault someone or even multiple ppl, lies about being blackout drunk all the and doing all sorts of inappropriate stuff in HS, etc. You have stuff like what Handy mentioned above (which is criminal but also just really scummy) as well as $200,000 of debt just magically disappearing, not to even mention the whole handshake thing with the dad of the dead Parkland kid. Does it really sound like this guy displays good judgement to you and is someone you want to have a lifetime term on the SC? Talking to the BSABVR crowd here.

I believe them. Your equating it to Hillary's emails is not only insulting, but disgusting.

I'm leaning more and more towards trolling. No one can continually have the opposite point of view with such baffling reasoning behind it for so many issues.
