Geneseo and Plattsburgh played a real good hockey game tonight won by the Knights. Cards could never get the lead but kept answering Genny's goals. PP goal late in the 3rd and an empty-netter. Both goalies played great overall , but Cadieux probably should have had 2 of Geneseo's 2nd period goals. Uncharacteristic of him to let in 25-footers. He did save the Cards bacon in the 3rd though. Both teams with a handful of golden opportunities.

Geneseo now might have an edge in the SUNYAC with 2 games in hand. Now Oswego comes into play for both teams down the stretch as very important games.

Zepeda with a shorthanded breakaway goal at 13:27 as SNC is killing off a major

10-1.

And it was a good call on the major.
