For as good as Oswego looks, Fredonia looks just as horrible. Some pretty wear defensive plays making it look way to easy for the Lakers.

OK, I have the volume off on WNYF while playing a game with my kid, why is there a note on bottom of screen that reads "We apologize for the slander"?

I think I enjoy Oswego pistol-whipping Freddy much more than Platty, especially since the Devils play Snore-fest hockey against us.

Good question -- I was wondering the same thing.

On an unrelated note, the Oswego bench just hung up a sign which reads "We apologize for the slaughter" ....

I was out to dinner when my text and twitter feed blew up with reports of disrespectful banter by the Freddy announcers - not so much against the team, although some players were called out, but more about the town and its residents - bad jokes, poor taste and some slanderous language....based upon the social media uproar and hearing enough for himself, the Oz SID connected with his counterpart and made the case he should speak to the booth talent about keeping it classy....I guess they decided that wasn't possible so they cut the audio for the rest of the game.....
