Scores and Updates for Thursday February 10th.

Re: Scores and Updates for Thursday February 10th.

Well, it was a rather comical game in Westfield. Not sure of the final score, maybe 7-3 Dartmouth. But the announcers trashed the refs. and called for the coach to be fired. Their main beef was that the coach was not standing up for the players to the refs.

Even in D1, is it me or are the refs calling anything where the opposing player simply falls down?

I've seen nights where someone trips over the blue line, and the referee's hand goes up. It's not just you.

Just noticed that Plymouth State beat Salem 4-3 before 650 fans which is a great turnout for there new rink. I didn't realize that Plymouth had improved so quickly although the new Hanaway Rink has probable helped recruiting. Having a rink right across the river from the College helps. Hard to figure how they could handle an established program like Salem who used to part of the ECAC E. I not sure were this program is going but it sure looks like it is on a rise.

Can anyone tell me if Holderness School is using the rink for practice or games?

Plymouth State had like a 12 or 13-game unbeaten streak earlier this year. Where have you been?

Watching Castleton, Middlebury, and Norwich play hockey? I have relatives in the Plymouth area and know that the team was playing well but the Salem score still caught my attention. Would a nice addition to one of Norwich's tournaments.

Not in that league - yet.

They have a good goalie, but if you get it close you can score.
