They're always there. Both the US and Russia have subs in stand-by just outside the 12-mile limit, all the time.

Well, hitherto we didn't have anybody crazy, stupid, irresponsible and paranoid enough to actually consider using them.

Imagine Trump is informed of a "possible" launch from the ocean with less than 4 minutes to react. Imagine further he is personally in a safe place.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's playing. As a player he was actually quite good at exposing the racism of people who would just assume that a big black basketball guy must be a dope. I've always had the impression that Shaq has a much better developed sense of humor than the jock sniffers who stalk him.

Then again, he might be a f-ckwit.

Yeah, Shaq has been known to do that. I always remember the owner of West Coast Customs saying something like "It seems like Shaq isn't impressed and doesn't care but I know he's just doing that to * with me. He wants to keep me on my toes so I don't get complacent."

Though, this section must have been particularly fun to write:
