Morrisville leads Oswego 1-0 after 20 minutes.

Lakers unable to take advantage of a 2 minute 5x3, and several chances in the latter half of the period

Just back from the Coooler.

Couple of thoughts:

Hobart is nowhere near the team they were last year right now. DeCroo was out of the lineup tonight though and possibly Cahill too? The only line that impressed me at all for Hobart was the Wallace/Carinzatto?/and #26 line. They were about the only line to generate consistent offense. The Carinzatto kid from NY is going to be very good. I was very impressed with his puck handling and playmaking ability from an otherwise lifeless Hobart attack.

They miss Longo too. The goaltender for Hobart was adequate but he needed to make the save on the first goal by Clewlow.

As far as Emira goes, they were back and forth all afternoon playing well for a stretch and then playing crappy. They took A LOT of penalties and thankfully Hobart was never able to convert.

Tuttle played a solid game in net for EC picking up the shutout. Saw the puck well and didn't give up many rebounds.

Masters is having an all-american season this year. He has looked phenominal and added another goal tonight on a re-direction from the slot after a shot from the point.

Masters and Tuttle should garner ECAC West accolades this week.

Brass Bonanza sadly never had the chance to be played as Hobart never scored.

That along with a severe lack of puck bunnies and eye candy at Hobart made the trip a bit less enjoyable than most to the Geneva Rec Center.

Hobart takes a big hit in the Prez Puck Bunny Power Rankings. The top spot is now back up for grabs.

Aren't they on break? The Bill Smith girls wouldn't have been there.

There were a few college students there. But I guess that would make more sense if they were on break. Im not sure if they were or not.

I know Oswego and Geneseo don't get out till Tuesday night.

Lenient noisemaker policies clearly being taken advantage of again this evening :)

Maybe I can whine about the reffing for the next week. (No call on the interference in OT, ect.) I'll get video and everything. Put it in slow motion.

No Dyce after the rink manager tried I quoted the rule, he looked it, came back appologized and they are legal
